Participants will also gain practical strategies for thoughtfully integrating spiritual practices into individualized care planning. Presented through a leadership lens, the webinar highlights how administrators can foster inclusive, respectful environments that honor diverse beliefs while supporting residents, families, and care teams alike. This session is taught by AIG Faculty members Kathryne Fassbender, Clare Horn, and Alf Norwood.
